BodyPump™ is a 60-minute workout that challenges all the major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises, like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music (and an awesome instructor) plus your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you want – and fast!

GroupGravity The GRAVITY® Training System (GTS)™ GTS is a gravity-based machine that encourages functional exercise using your own body weight as resistance by utilizing a cable and pulley system and free-motion glideboard.
